Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC)
Step 1: Before the borrowing of books, the user shall access the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) via https://batangascitylibraryhub.librarika.com/
Step 2: Browse the online catalog. Copy the bibliographic description (Title, author and call number of the selected resources)
Step 3: Fill-out and submit the Reading Materials Request Form through online form.
